What happens next

From this form to your keys

We check your account

The office confirms your rent account and any damages charged this year.

We confirm your funding

NSFAS, bursary or cash — we check it is in place for the year you are applying for.

We allocate your room

Returning students are placed before new applications, and room requests are matched where we can.

You sign the new lease

A fresh lease is sent to you to sign online, and your move-in date is arranged.
