Leaving at the end of the year, or cancelling your lease early? Give notice here and the office will confirm your notice period, your inspection and your refund.

Before you give notice

Read your lease: cancelling before the end date does not end your obligation to pay, and the deposit is only refunded after the room has been inspected and your account is settled.

What happens next

The office confirms your notice period against your lease
Your room is inspected and any damages are charged to your account
A vacate note is issued once your account is paid in full
Any refund is paid after deductions, to the account you give below
