Deposit refunds are only paid after the room has been inspected and the account settled
Payment goes into the account you give here, in the account holder's name
We email you when the claim is approved and again when it is paid

Please note

The administration fee paid to reserve a room is not refundable, whether or not the application is successful. Everything else that was over-paid or paid twice is.
